Les Mills Classes

Strength and Endurance Classes

Focusing primarily on interval training, this class alternates bursts of high intensity movements with lower intensity recovery movements. Using a wide range of equipment, this class will help you burn calories by revving up your metabolism!

40 minutes of total body toning using bands, balls, gliding discs and more. This class will sculpt lean muscles and tone your body.

30 minutes of conditioning and strengthening the arms and midsection. Uses free weights and bands, as well as your own body weight.

Aquatic Classes

Water exercise offers 12 times the resistance of land-based classes, yet placing 10% to 50% less stress and strain on your body and joints. Benefits include increased endurance, strength, flexibility, range of motion, balance and core strength. Classes provide a challenging reduced impact option for all ages and fitness levels. An ideal way to cross-train from your high impact/hard-hitting land workouts and still get a great cardio and strength session.

Tabata is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Mixing this format with the properties of water through a variety of simple yet intense exercises allows each class to blast away the calories and increase resting metabolic rate in short amounts of time. Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss, cross training, or just some fun, this class will help you get there.

This high intensity water fitness workout will improve your cardiovascular fitness, increase strength and endurance and improve flexibility. Prepare for some intense movements to get in shape and achieve maximum results through this fun and challenging total body workout that provides minimum impact on joints! A “liquid gym” workout means it’s ALL CORE, ALL THE TIME. Swimming skills are not necessary, but plan to get your hair wet. Water worthy shoes (Tevas, Keens, Chacos or water fitness shoes) are strongly recommended for best results.

Yoga and Pilates Classes

Classes mainly rely on the body weight for resistance, using the ballet barre to improve balance and flexibility while sculpting the body. This class is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a quick and hard style of training that returns rapid results with minimum joint impact.

With highly choreographed routines to hand-picked music, You get a maximum cardio and muscle toning experience while having a blast during the whole class!
